The TruCut SeriesOne Plasma table uses Mach3 controller software. Every machine includes a full commercial license for Mach3 as well as our own screenset. Our screenset includes features not found on any other machine in this price range.

Our program run screen includes features you would find on most machine as well as advanced features found only on machines costing 2 -3 times more, such as Rip Cut, a preset database and much more.

Align Plate allows you to simply and easily align the program to the material on the table rather than moving the material on the table.

Inhibit Z allows you to make a dry run of a program without firing the torch or making any Z moves.

Manage Presets allows you to save and then recall setting such as feed rate, THC set voltage, pierce height, initial cut height and pierce delay.

Feed Hold allows you to make a controlled stop during a program run. A program stopped using Feed Hold will not lose position and can be restarted.

Run From Here allows you to recover from plasma faults and other errors.

The Shape Wizard is something normally found on high end controllers such as Burny, Hypertherm and ProMotion. Any of the shapes shown can be created right on the machine with no CAD or CAM work. Just select the shape and enter a few basic parameters and within seconds you have a ready to run program.

Another feature unique to TruCut machines is our TruTrace Wizard. This feature allows you to turn patterns into parts quickly and easily by simply marking a few points around the pattern.

The process creates a point cloud file with a DXF extension. After marking key point around the part, you simply open the point cloud file in your CAD program and use the points created in Trace Wizard to complete the part drawing.

The next time a customer brings in a cardboard template and asks if you can cut it, you can do it without even breaking out a tape measure.

The TruCut machine is designed to make you money and features like the TruTrace Wizard allow you to make even more.

Another advanced feature offered on every TruCut machine is scaling and rotation.

The scaling feature simply allows you to take a GCode program that is already loaded and scale it up or down. There is no need to redraw in CAD and regenerate GCode. Just enter a new width or a new height and press Scale Part. To revert back to the original, just press Reset Scale.

You can also rotate a part on this screen. This feature is functionally identical to Align Plate on our Program Run screen except it allows you to enter the degree of rotation.
