We offer tech support on every machine with no limitations. Whether you have a question tomorrow or 10 years from now, we are here to ensure that your machine is doing what you need it to do.

We use GoToAssist for tech support and training. GoToAssist allows us to set up a remote connection to your PC. We can operate your PC just as if we were sitting in front of it, all the while explaining what we're doing. GoToAssist has become an invaluable tool for training and tech support.

When you require assistance, we simply send you an email containing a link to establish a GoToAssist session. Click on the link, follow the instructions and in less than a minute we'll be able to assist you as if we were sitting right there beside you.

If you would rather come to our shop for training, you are more than welcome. Just give use a heads up when you are coming so we can make sure we are available. Training at our facility is always free of charge. Training on-location at your facility is also available. The cost for this is $500/day + $3.00 per one way mile.
